What are the payment methods accepted?

PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Apple Pay.

Do you gift-wrap?

All items are gift wrapped. If you would like to add a special handwritten note, please contact me via email, before your purchase, or add a note to the comment section at check out.

 

Do you offer free pick up from Melbourne?

Sure. Just let me know before your purchase, and we'll arrange a convenient time for pick up from my studio in Preston.

 

How long does it take to receive an order?

All items can take up to a week to be shipped. If for some reason, you require an item sooner, let me know and I'll do my best to ship it promptly.   

All orders within Australia will be shipped according to weight (prices from $9) via Australia Post (Parcel Post) with tracking number. Estimated delivery is 2-7 business days, depending on your location. Other options like express post, signature upon delivery, or insurance, in case of loss or damage, are also available, at an additional cost. Just contact me before your purchase.

All international orders will be shipped according to weight (prices from $20), via Australia Post (Standard) with tracking number. Estimated delivery is 5-15 business days, depending on the country. However, please note that delays happen sometimes. Other options like courier, express post, signature upon delivery, or insurance, in case of loss or damage, are also available, at an additional cost. Just contact me before your purchase.

 

What if my parcel is retained at Customs?

Some countries may charge import taxes or duties. Should that occur, the buyer is responsible for paying any extra cost, charged by the customs office.

 

What if the item I purchased is missing or arrives damaged?

Should any of these cases happen, please contact me, and I'll do my best to help.  

However, I'm not responsible for any missed items. The packaging process is done with great care, to insure all items travel safely. Unfortunately, I can not be responsible for any damages that occur beyond my power. If you wish, I can add insurance when the parcel is shipped, at an extra cost.

 

Is it possible that my order will be cancelled?

Should it be necessary, I reserve the right to cancel an order before shipment. In that case, an immediate refund and contact will be made. 

 

Can I return or exchange an item?

It is possible to return or exchange an item within the first 5 days of receipt. In that case, the customer is responsible for covering return shipping and any other expenses associated. Insurance is highly recommended. An item lost or damaged during return shipping can not be refunded/replaced.

To return or exchange an item please contact me within the first 5 days after receiving your parcel. Every item should be in their original condition and packed the same way it arrived.

 

Are the porcelain pieces resistant? Can they break?

Porcelain is a very resistant material, but it can still break against hard surfaces. Be mindful of that when wearing or travelling with your necklace or earrings.

 

Can I wash my necklace?

In case of a stain, you can wipe the chord with a wet cloth and a bit of natural soap. The natural dyes I use are colour fast, but they can still fade, depending on the cleaning process used. If you need to wash your piece, please do it carefully, in cold water, and dry it in the shade.
